Early Bird Registration Rates

  • (Early bird rates available May 17 – July 31, 2016)
  • CIN Giving Circle/Individual Member Rate – $250
  • Non-Giving Circle Rate – $300
  • CIN Institutional Member Rate – $250
  • Register & Join CIN (Giving Circle/Individual Rate – $370
  • Includes admission into all subsequent events on Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Presenter Registration Rates
  • Session only. You will have access to your session only (No fee)
  • Day Pass. You will have access to all conference programming and activities for the day of your session-only – $125
  • Full Conference Access. You will have access to all conference programming and activities during the entire conference – $250
  • CIN Giving Circle Member Attendee. No additional charge to present at conference outside of the Member registration fee.
Registration À La Carte Options
  • CIN Giving Circle Special Event (ONLY) on Friday, September 30, 2016 – $50 per person
  • CIN Awards Reception and Dinner (ONLY) on Saturday, October 1, 2016 – $80 per person
  • Saturday Day Pass (ONLY) – $150 per person

IMPORTANT NOTE

On the memo line of your check, please reference 2016 Annual Conference Registration Fee.
Checks must be received before September 16, 2016.

  • You are required to remit the conference registration fee(s) within 10 business days from the day of registration. If failure to remit payment within the 10 business days, understand that CIN will cancel your registration for the annual conference.
  • After CIN cancels your registration due to non-payment, you will have to re-register at the current rate available. Please refer to the cancellation policy for refund details.If you register after September 16, 2016, you must pay with a credit card or you must bring payment on-site.
Please email Dani Johnson at CIN@aspecialgathering.com to request an invoice to pay for your registration to attend CIN’s 2016 Annual Conference.
  • If you are unable to attend, you may substitute someone else for your registration.
  • Cancellations more than 30 days from the start of the conference will receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations less than 30 days but more than 15 days from the start of the conference will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations less than 15 days from the start of the conference will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Registrations may be cancelled for a refund (less $50 processing fee) if cancellation request is received in writing by September 16, 2016. After this date no refunds will be issued.
  • All cancellations MUST be submitted in writing and emailed to CIN@aspecialgathering.com or faxed to 443-927-7074. All refunds are issued via the payment method used after the conference.
  • Individuals not registered within 10 business days of the 2016 Annual Conference, must register on-site.
  • On-site registration is on a “space-available” basis. Please email Special Gathering at CIN@aspecialgathering.com to confirm space and availability.
In consideration for being able to attend Community Investment Network’s 2016 Annual Conference you agree to allow authorized associates/vendors of the Community Investment Network 2016 Annual Conference, its licensees, successors, and assignees full and complete irrevocable permission, without reservation or restriction, to be photographed/recorded at the Community Investment Network Annual Conference, in any manner (video, audio or electronic, etc.) and for them to use said photograph(s)/recording(s) as they deem appropriate in connection with Community Investment Network or any related activities.
If you do not authorize use, you must submit in writing to CIN@aspecialgathering.com.
